PANAJI: Managing Director of the Fomento Group, Ambar Timblo has been unanimously elected as the President of the Goa Mineral Ore Exporters Association (GMOEA) at the 54th Annual General Meeting of the Association held on September 27.
Besides, Timblo eight other members have been elected including office bearers Nathan Chowgule who is elected as the Vice President, Kishore Kumar elected as the honorary secretary, Madhukar Mallya the honorary treasurer and ordinary members, Narayan Bandekar, Radha Timblo, Suvarn Bandekar, Shauvik Mazumdar and Shivanand Salgaocar.
The committee will hold office for a period of two years until 2019.
