The journey began two decades ago, in 2003. It was a humble beginning. Ryan Vaz began his career as a tool and die maker. He had a diploma in Tool and Die Making. Honing his skills, he excelled gradually, and embracing a leadership role, he served as the president of JCI Colva for two years. As a certified zone trainer of JCI India, he joined Unlearning Unlimited.
A decade later, in 2014, Ryan started Infinyt3D Pvt Ltd as a proprietorship firm. He launched the first 3D Printing Service bureau in Goa at Verna. Looking at the dynamics of the scale and potential, in 2020, this venture turned into a Private Limited Company.
“Meanwhile, in 2018, I founded Audry Infra Pvt Ltd. I launched AIPL as an individual entity with emphasis on industrial and commercial project execution. I am happy to add that AIPL has been recognised and awarded for some prestigious projects,” shared Ryan, who founded InfinytTech LLC this year, in 2024, and ventured outside India.
“I successfully piloted a project which won the appreciation of the Minister of Education and the Ambassador of India in Uzbekistan,” he proudly added.
The journey continued with multiple ventures. Way back in 2004, Ryan had established DIMENSIONS, a partnership firm, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and drive. Ryan joined BNI in 2012. He feels that if JCI has shaped his personality, BNI has carved his business identity and led him to climb the ladder of success. Currently, he is a regional trainer and director for BNI Goa Business Voices – a BNI Foundation initiative that focuses on entrepreneurial development among the youth.
Ryan co-founded the Indian Additive Manufacturing Forum in 2016 to bring like-minded businesses together to collaborate and grow. He co-founded IAMF, which includes most of the leading companies in the field of additive manufacturing in India and has organised talks, meet-ups, seminars, and exhibitions. Last year, Ryan registered for a design patent. He was awarded a design patent for his innovative workstation, which was a space-saving STEAM Education Lab.
The march remained unhindered. Believing in knowledge sharing, Ryan has conducted numerous training events for corporates, teachers, professionals, and students, showcasing his versatility as a trainer.
Ryan was appointed as a Mentor of Change by NITI Aayog, Government of India. Further, he has been part of Goa’s Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Cell and has been advising the governments of Maharashtra, Odisha, and Uttarakhand on the implementation of STEAM Education at elementary levels. He serves as an advisor to institutions as an industry expert in their innovation cell, entrepreneurship cell, and new curriculum development cell.
Passionate about entrepreneurship development among youth, Ryan is often invited to events as a speaker, judge, and panellist. He organises large-scale events to involve more youth in self-employment and self-sufficiency rather than job dependency. Strongly believing that teachers are one of the most influential forces in a person’s life, he is often invited to faculty development programmes where teachers are trained on new trends, new ways of teaching and thinking, and creative ways of learning.
Recognitions and Awards
Ryan has been recognised for his leadership skills. Serving as the president of BNI Dynamic, he was recognised as the ‘Best President of South Goa’ in 2019 and awarded the title of ‘Best Training Director’ of South Goa. He was also among the ‘Top 10 CEOs of Goa’ in 2022 by Business Insight Magazine.
Ryan has won various awards in JCI for leadership skills, outstanding project coordination, and the prestigious ‘Outstanding Jaycee of the Year Award’ in 2004. He also received awards at the BNI Regional Level for ‘Highest Business Given’, ‘Highest Visitor Count’, and other achievements. He was conferred a Letter of Appreciation by the Embassy of India in Uzbekistan for his work.
As a zone trainer for JCI India and BNI India, Ryan was appointed as a Mentor of Change by NITI Aayog and was certified as an International Trade Expert. He was appointed as an industry expert on the Chief Minister’s Kaushalya Path Scheme (CMKPS) Monitoring Committee by the Government of Goa.
His award-winning Design Patent Registration (No394116-001) was for the Eureka STEAM Innovation Workstation. He also received the ‘Innovative Product Award’ and ‘Excellence in Innovative Products in STEM Education Award’ by Business Connect Magazine in New Delhi.
He has been promoting entrepreneurship and is passionate about creating new products and ideas. Known for his out-of-the-box thinking, indomitable energy, and exceptional creativity, Ryan is also obsessed with promoting entrepreneurship amongst youngsters and is authoring a book to that effect.

Ryan’s journey from his early career as a tool and die maker to his entrepreneurial ventures, leadership roles, and community involvement has consistently demonstrated a passion for innovation, a commitment to mentorship, and a drive to make a positive impact. His accolades, certifications, and recognition from various organisations are a testament to his exceptional abilities and the respect he has earned within his field.
