Indo-Japanese gin launched in Goa

East Side Distillery, Goa launches the world’s first-ever Indo-Japanese Gin, Doja. Creating a demand for premium homegrown gin, Jai Anand and Sanjiv Anand of Cedar Consulting are bringing to market a new wave of craft gin that is made with botanicals from India and Japan. What makes Doja unique is the use of Yuzu, sansho peppers, hinoki that is combined with coriander, pepper, and cardamom from India, These botanicals lend a citrus note. Bottled and packaged in Goa, Doja is a sip and drink format beverage and is recommended to be had on the rocks or water. Doja will begin its distribution in Goa and Mumbai.
