The Goa Book Fair and Children’s Literature Festival will be held at Ravindra Bhavan Margao from February 27 to March 3 from 10 am to 8 pm every day. It will have something for everyone – a wide selection of books for people of all ages and interests, storytelling sessions for children, opportunities to meet with authors and engage in conversations with them, workshops that challenge the mind, poetry sessions, song and theatre, etc. “The fair and festival is a celebration of stories for all ages. Books include captivating children’s stories and thrilling fiction to insightful non-fiction and the latest bestsellers, brought here by publishers and booksellers from across India. It is a literary fest for every mind,” said Leonardo Fernandes, the organiser of the fest. The festival will provide a platform for talented Goan authors, illustrators and story tellers to showcase their work while fostering a strong community of book lovers, he added.
