A 42-year-old electricity department worker from Valawane-Tivim was seriously injured in a road mishap between a two-wheeler and a truck at Talewada-Revora on Thursday evening. According to reports, Naklo Pokhre was riding a motorcycle from Revora to Pirna while the truck was in the oncoming direction. Pokhre was seriously injured in the accident and was rushed to the District Hospital at Mapusa, from where he was referred to the GMC hospital in Bambolim. Colvale police is investigating the incident.
