PANAJI: The Rotary Club of Margao is set to host an insightful talk on “Aspects of Making Semiconductor Chips” by Dr Shailesh Mulgaonker on October 8. The event will take place at the Rotary Club hall, located on the third floor of the Lake Plaza building, opposite Damodar Temple in Fatorda at 7.45 pm.
Dr Mulgaonker brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the semiconductor industry and currently serves as the Director of Device & Integration at a Gallium Arsenide fabrication facility in Portland, Oregon. He has previously worked with Motorola and Siemens. Dr Mulgaonker holds a doctorate from Case Western Reserve University and is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, the University of Texas at Austin, and the University of Akron in Ohio.
