MARGAO: United Club of Verna, playing with 10 men, fought valiantly but were defeated 4-3 in a penalty shootout by Carmona SC in the 17th All Goa Inter-Village Seraulim Panchayat Cup Football Tournament, organized by United Sports Club of Seraulim at the Seraulim Panchayat Ground.
