PANAJI: The Eco Kshatriya Foundation (EKF), in collaboration with Ratnagreen Techno Services and Goa Energy Development Corporation (GEDA), conducted a Bio-Gas Training session on March 16, 2025 at St. Theresa High School. The session aimed to educate villagers on sustainable waste management and bio-gas production.
Cheryl Venan Dias, President of EKF, welcomed the attendees, and Manish Apte, proprietor of Ratnagreen Techno Services, led the session, covering eco-friendly solutions like shredders, composters, and bio-gas units. The training also discussed GEDA’s subsidies and the benefits of bio-gas in neighbouring villages such as Bicholim and Sanquelim.
The interactive session, attended by 19 villagers, concluded with a memento presentation and a vote of thanks. The programme highlights a growing interest in sustainable living in the region.
