PANAJI: National Sports University (NSU), Imphal, and Goa University, in collaboration with Don Bosco College, Panaji, will host the International Conference on “Fit for Life” from 18th to 20th February 2024 at Goa University.
The event will focus on youth development through physical education, modern and traditional sports, and innovative training. Around 250 delegates, including 32 keynote speakers—26 of them international experts from over 16 countries—will participate. Representatives from UNESCO, ICSSPE, and ISCPES will also attend.
Goa’s Chief Minister will inaugurate the conference on 18th February 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Auditorium, School of Chemical Sciences, Goa University. A Pre-Conference Workshop on Sports Psychology took place on 17th February at Don Bosco College.
The event will include seminar sessions and a Sports Science Exhibition on sports medicine, biomechanics, analytics, and training innovations, aiming to foster global collaboration and shape future sports policies.
