MARGAO: Dicarpale Sports Club advanced to the quarter-finals of the United Trophy Inter-Village Football Tournament, organized by United Club of Telaulim, after defeating Ambelim Sports Club 1-0 in a thrilling match at the Rosary Ground in Navelim.
The only goal of the match came from Prince Figuerdo of Dicarpale, securing their spot in the next round. Dr. Francis Lobo presented the Man of the Match award to Prince Figuerdo for his standout performance.
