PANAJI: Elders from the Senior Citizens Recreation Centre, Pedda, Margao, participated and excelled in the Karaoke Singing Competition organised by the Lions Club of Margao Service Trust in association with the Samrat Club of Margao. The event received an overwhelming response, providing participants with an opportunity to showcase their long-hidden talents. The judges faced a tough time selecting winners across the Konkani, Marathi, and Hindi categories. It was a day of joy and celebration, with participants singing with enthusiasm, leaving behind worries and personal challenges. The competition concluded with cherished memories. Additionally, the birthdays of members born in the month were celebrated, and Mrs Colaco, a regular winner in All Goa Seniors Competitions, was felicitated on her 85th birthday.
