PANAJI: Shyam Saran, president of the India International Centre (IIC), New Delhi, and former foreign secretary of India, will speak on ‘Climate Change: Is it too little, too late?’ at the International Centre Goa (ICG) on January 24 at 6 pm. Organised by ICG in association with Bika Utsav, the event is a part of the ‘ICG Public Lectures’ series.
