PANAJI: The State government has transferred the recently-promoted IPS Officer, Superintendent of Police (SP) Shekhar Prabhudessai to Police Training School, Valpoi as its Principal from his current posting as SP Police HeadQuarters. He also held additional charge of the Anti-Corruption Branch, which will now be headed by SP Nelson Albuquerque after his transfer from the PTS.
SP (Economic Offenses Cell) Sunita Sawant will hold an additional charge of SP HQ. The order issued by the Personnel Department mentions the transfers and postings are with immediate effect.
