A 25-year-old scooter rider from São José de Areal died in a road accident past midnight at the Nessai road junction.
Maina-Curtorim police station in-charge, PI Arun Desai informed that the rider, Alvito Travasso, rammed his vehicle into a compound wall near the Nessai road junction and died.
The police are carrying out further investigations.
