On 4th September 2024, Shantanu Singh, Senior Manager at Parmesh Constructions Company Ltd, filed a complaint at Verna Police Station. The complaint alleges that three individuals obstructed a company water tanker and used abusive language towards workers on site.
The incident occurred around 4 pm on Wednesday at Savarfond, Sancoale. According to the complaint, Narayan Datta Naik, Maria Fernandes, and Socorina Ruzar Vales, all from Sancoale, allegedly blocked the water tanker, registration number GA-06-T-7145, from reaching a property at Survey No. 257/1 in Sancoale.
The accused reportedly threatened and verbally abused Parmesh Constructions’ employees, creating a tense situation. The complaint includes charges under Sections 126(2), 352, 351(2), and 3(5) of the BNS Act.
Verna Police are investigating the case.
