MARGAO:
Three inmates of a house were left injured after the house wall collapsed on late Tuesday near the Margao flyover.
Fire personel and a 108 ambulance rushed to the spot after receiving the information.
After administration of first aid, the injured were shifted to the hospital for further treatment.
Meanwhile, heavy showers accompanied by lightning and thunder disrupted normal life in the city and the outskirts.
Three houses were damaged at Aquem after a huge tree came crashing down.
Similarly, Fire officer Gill D’Souza informed that reports of trees falling had come in from Sonsodo and Raia.
