The incident occurred around 4 pm when PC Tukaram Shirodkar filmed a video on his mobile phone expressing his intent to end his life, citing alleged harassment and mental torture by senior officers at the Mapusa police station.
Upon receiving information, Porvorim Police Inspector Rahul Parab and his team rushed to the scene and successfully intervened.
