Forest Minister Vishwajit Rane recently inaugurated the Sylvan Bondla Ecotourism Cottages, in a push towards promoting sustainable tourism.
The cottages were inaugurated in the presence of Chairperson of Goa Forest Development
Corporation and Poriem MLA Dr Deviya Rane, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (PCCF) Kamal Datta, Chief Wildlife Warden Praveen Kumar Raghav, GFDC Managing Director Nandkumar Parab, GFDC General Manager Amar Heblekar, ZP Member Umakant Gawade, and Usgao Sarpanch Ramnath Dangui.
Nestled in the heart of the Bondla Wildlife Sanctuary and designed to harmonise with the lush natural surroundings, the ten well-furnished, air-conditioned cottages offer a serene escape for nature enthusiasts, bird watchers, and those seeking a tranquil retreat.
Visitors can enjoy an all-inclusive package featuring comfortable accommodations, meals, guided nature trails, visits to the Bondla Zoo, and other immersive activities.
To enhance accessibility, a dedicated cottage booking website (https://www.sylvangoa.com) was also launched, making it easier for visitors to plan their stay.
