PANAJI: The 18th edition of Film Bazaar, from November 20-24, will feature 350+ film projects, making it the largest yet. It provides a platform for filmmakers from India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and other countries to pitch projects to producers and distributors. This year, the event includes segments like the Viewing Room, Work-in-Progress Lab, Co-Production Market, and Knowledge Series. The Viewing Room will showcase 208 films, including feature, mid-length, and short films. A new $20,000 cash grant will be awarded to the top three co-production projects.

The Work-in-Progress Lab includes six selected films, supporting emerging filmmakers. Film Bazaar has grown into South Asia’s largest co-production market, helping films like ‘The Lunchbox’ and ‘Ship of Theseus’ gain international attention.
