Sawant said that even educational institutions, industries, and factories would be directed to comply with the Act.

The Chief Minister said that creating a good work culture is essential for the progress of society.

He also stressed the importance of building a work culture that respects all individuals, regardless of caste or personal interests, to promote gender equality and women's empowerment.

Sawant noted that, for the first time, Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government took a decision to grant 33 per cent political reservation to woman, a move that would be also adopted by the State.
