The Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) has been honoured with the Chanakya Award 2024 in the category of Most Impactful Tourism Corporation by the Public Relations Council of India (PRCI).
Shripad Yesso Naik, Union Minister of State for Power and the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, presented the award to GTDC. The award was accepted by Deepak Narvekar, Deputy General Manager (Marketing) at GTDC, during the PRCI’s 18th Global Communication Conclave held at Moti Mahal in Mangaluru.
The ceremony was attended by Sweezel Maria Furtado, Miss Global India 2024, M B Jayaram, Founder Chairman Emeritus of PRCI, and Geetha Shankar, National President of PRCI.
Dr Ganesh Gaonkar, MLA of Sanvordem and Chairman of GTDC, said, “This recognition strengthens our commitment to providing unforgettable holidays for tourists.
