CANACONA: Joint Secretary (Naval Systems) Rajeev Prakash interacted with the Shristhal Biodiversity Management Committee (BMC) at Canacona and visited Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary, while on a personal visit to the State.
Prakash was received by the Shristhal BMC Chairman Vinay Tubki on his arrival at the Eco-Tourism Centre at Hatipal on Tuesday, while BMC active member Shirish Pai provided detailed information about the BMC.
Thereafter, the team along with Tubki and Pai visited the Butterfly Garden, Fish Aquarium at Hathipal and Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary. BMC Secretary/Shristhal VP Secretary Sushant Lolienkar, Members Anjali Gaonkar, Tejas Naik Gaonkar, Range Forest Officer Anand Metri, besides Amit Kumar and Abhishek Kumar from Goa Shipyard were also present on the occasion.
