A man and his two minor daughters were injured when their scooter and a truck collided with each other at a dangerous junction at Dharbandora on Tuesday.
According to information, Mangaldas Gaonkar (45) and his two daughters Sapna (17) and Prachi (6), all from Davkon-Dharbandora, were returning home, while a Karnataka-registered truck was in the opposite direction.
Mangaldas and his daughters were injured in the mishap and were shifted to the Piliem Health Centre. Sapna was later referred to the GMC hospital while the other two were treated at the Piliem health centre and sent home. Police are conducting investigations into the incident.
