Has the SGPDA and the Margao Municipality an answer to the disposal of thermocol waste along the wholesale fish market road, but on Seraulim side of the road?
The two authorities may say they may not be able to act in the matter for the simple reason that Seraulim village does not come under its jurisdiction.
The fact, however, remains that after the PDA and the MMC started cracking a whip against fish traders disposing of thermocol waste along the wholesale fish market road as per the High Court order, the waste has now raised its ugly head along the Seraulim side of the road.
In fact, one could come across thermocol and other waste being dumped along the stretch of the wholesale fish market road falling under the Seraulim village jurisdiction.
