MARGAO
The Fatorda police have recovered a human skull from an open space in Fatorda area of the city. Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Margao, DySP Sidhant Shirodkar informed that the skull, which has been attached, has been sent for post mortem examination.

He said the Fatorda police have registered a case of unnatural death in connection with the recovery of the skull. “The skull must have been brought by the stray dogs before leaving at the open space. We have not taken any chances. The police have registered a case of unnatural death and has sent the skull for examination,” he said.

Incidentally, the Fatorda police had in late July 2023 recovered a highly decomposed hand of a human being, from a parking lot of a residential locality at Ambaji.
