PERNEM:
A Russian national was booked by Mandrem police on Tuesday on charges of overstaying in the country without a valid visa.
According to Mandrem police, Lev Felddman (51), who has been residing at Varchawaddo-Arambol, was found staying illegally in India/Goa without valid travel documents as his visa had expired on April 26, 2024, thereby contravening Section 7(1) (3) of Foreigners Order 1948 and Section 14 of Foreigners Act. Mandrem LPSI Archana Sharma is investigating the case.
