Soil from 2 Canacona temples collected for new Parliament House

Soil from a temple handed over to Canacona BJP Mandal for onward submission to New Delhi.

CANACONA

Soil from two temples in Canacona was collected for the construction of the new Parliament House in New Delhi.
Devasthan Samitis of Shree Mallikarjun Temple (Shrishthal) and Shree Parashuram Temple (Poinguinim) submitted the containers filled with soil from their temples to the Canacona BJP Mandal, as a part of a contribution to the Bhoomi Poojan of Goa’s soil for the construction of the new Parliament House at New Delhi.
Shree Mallikarjun Devalaya, Shrishthal President Vithoba Desai and Shree Parashuram Devalaya, Poinguinim President Uday Prabhugaongkar handed over the containers with the soil from their respective temples to Canacona BJP Mandal committee President Vishal Desai, in the presence of other BJP Karyakartas.
