Old Goa police will resume search operations for Gujarati businessman Bashudev Bhandari, who mysteriously disappeared after a rental car plunged into St Estevam river on the night of August 31.
Deep sea searches and drone surveillance with the help of the Indian Navy and Fire personnel will begin on Monday, police said.
The 22-year-old's family, camping in Goa for a month are seeking answers about his whereabouts and raised suspicions about the girl, who was last seen with him. They questioned whether Bhandari's girlfriend, a management student, was allegedly intoxicated and driving the rental car at the time of the incident.
