Goa experienced relief from the heat for the third straight day on Wednesday.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) Goa has not issued any weather warnings for the coming days. It has forecast that maximum temperatures will stay between 34-35°C until March 23, while the minimum temperature may drop to 25°C.
On Wednesday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 34°C, with the minimum ranging between 24-25°C. The heat index (or “feels-like” temperature) also dropped, going from around 41°C on Tuesday to 37-39°C on Wednesday.
The IMD has predicted dry weather for Goa, with shallow to moderate fog likely in the mornings until Friday, March 21. Partly cloudy skies and hazy conditions are also expected to continue until then.
