Noted Tiatr writer and Director Pascoal De Chicalim on Saturday staged his Tiatr Hanv Goencho Saiba at the Pai Tiatrist hall, Ravindra Bhavan Margao in aid of the Konkani newspaper Vauraddeacho Ixtt.
Pascoal told the media that his intention of staging the Saturday show of his Tiatr Hanv Goemcho Saiba is to take forward the subscription of the Konkani newspaper Vavraddeancho Ixtt.
"The Konkani newspaper has completed 90 years and it has to be taken forward. My initiative is to request the people to increase the subscription of the newspaper.
"They are not asking for any donations, but are only seeking more subscribers to take the Konkani newspaper forward,” Pascoal said, while exuding confidence that his colleague tiatr directors will also come forward to support the Konkani newspaper and increase its subscription.
