Bagged first place in the ACI-ASQ Survey

The Goan International Airport at Dabolim has been ranked the best airport of the Airports Authority of India (AAI), based on the ASQ rating in the ACI-ASQ Survey.
On the occasion of its 30th Annual Day, the AAI announced the winners of the ACI-ASQ Survey Awards 2024, demonstrating outstanding service quality and passenger experience.
The Goa International Airport was placed first, followed by Chennai International Airport (second) and Tiruchirapalli International Airport (third).
Honouring their remarkable achievements, AAI Chairman Vipin Kumar IAS presented the awards in the presence of AAI Board Members, recognising their commitment to excellence and passenger satisfaction.
“These accolades reflect our continuous efforts to enhance airport services, ensuring world-class travel experiences across India,” stated the AAI in a statement on X.
