PANAJI: The Department of Information Technology removed encroachments from its 25,000 sq metre land in Dona Paula on Monday. The drive began around 8-8:30 am, during which a large tin shed and an illegally built compound wall were demolished. Officials said the encroachers had parked heavy machinery and planned to create a garden.
