PANAJI: BJP Goa will observe 'Sushan Day' on December 25, to honour the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister late Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
At a press conference today, the party leaders announced to mark this day as the beginning of year-long programs and activities to promote good governance principles, reflecting Vajpayee’s legacy.
The party also announced that December 26 will be observed as 'Veer Bal Diwas' to pay tribute to Sahibzada Zorawar Singh (7) and Sahibzada Fateh Singh (5), the sons of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, who were martyred in 1704 after being bricked alive in Sarhand for refusing to renounce their faith
