PANAJI: The Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) of the Goa Police has arrested a man from Himachal Pradesh during a raid in Morjim and seized drugs worth Rs 4.5 lakh.
The accused, identified as Jawahar Singh Jibu from Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, was found in possession of 450 grams of charas.
According to the police, during interrogation, the accused admitted that he had sourced the drugs from his hometown and brought them to Goa for distribution.
