Impartial approach needed from revenue authorities

Recent initiatives taken by the Revenue department staff under the guidance of Collector of South Goa to dispose mutation cases by holding a mega camp need to be appreciated as also the initiative by Sub-Registrar to make mutation entries in Form I & XIV upon execution of sale deed. Such initiative will help eliminate time consuming mutation entry process in Mamlatdar office, but here the Sub-Registrar should very much consider objections like court injunction orders or pending civil inventory cases if such proof is submitted by public.  I have been forced to go through a harrowing experience as inspite of having submitted proof of court injunction order / on-going civil suit details in requesting South Goa revenue authorities not to proceed with any sale or gift deed and subsequent mutation and sub-division of property, in vain I was made to run from pillar to post to get redressal in the form of filing contempt case, seek RTI information, etc.  Recently however I was given justice when the Margao Trial Court Judge  within only a couple of hearings gave me relief by ordering cancellation of gifts deeds which were executed by opposite party inspite of earlier court injunction order.
