Goa govt must adopt Portuguese best practice

CM Pramod Sawant played to the galleries  many times via his anti-Portuguese speeches which I believe the latter was more for his political points.  Anyway my kind suggestion to the Chief Minister is to adopt one best practice of the Portuguese i.e. Cleanliness and hygienic conditions across the state particularly public places, government buildings etc. I am sure many will agree with me on the filthy experiences we have to witness in our everyday lives;  filthy vegetable/fruit/meat markets,  dirty bus terminals/railway stations,  public toilets,  sickening state of public hospitals and all its facilities, garbage on roads/beaches, sewage flowing in many public areas and so on. I am not sure if CM has visited Portugal but I am sure many of his political colleagues have, and they will certainly agree with me on the excellent standards of cleanliness/hygiene there versus the dismal state of affairs in Goa!  Goa is a small state with a small population and these basics should not be difficult to address/maintain... I have visited much more populous places outside India e.g Cairo (Egypt) and their standards will put Goa to shame!
