Govt should provide home and job to every needy family

Basic constitutional amendments are the need of the hour. According to the Indian Constitution, the "right to employment" is not explicitly stated as a fundamental right, but is considered a Directive Principle of State Policy under Article 41, which states that the state shall strive to secure the right to work, education, and public assistance in cases of unemployment, old age, sickness, and disablement, within its economic capacity; essentially meaning the government should work towards providing employment opportunities for citizens. Article 41 outlines the "right to work" as a directive principle, where the government is obligated to work towards achieving it. This has to be amended to ensure a job and a home to a Indian family who are lacking the facilities in India. While not explicitly stating "right to employment," Article 16 guarantees "equality of opportunity in employment" for all citizens, prohibiting discrimination based on religion, caste, sex, or place of birth when applying for government jobs.  Making poor and downtrodden people self reliant should be the motto of the constitution and duty of the government. Provide self or government employment to needy people.
