Govt's deception on High Court's illegalities order

The High Court must be appreciated for suo moto action on addressing the issue of illegal constructions however, my concern is that the Goa's  ministers are being highly deceptive, in their agreement to the High Court order and are actually making plans to evade as much as possible. Many ruling ministers/MLAs have come up with a defence that local Goans must be protected -- if this intent was really true, then where are these ministers when actual Niz Goenkars are affected; be it Velsao, Bhoma, Loutolim, unemployment, water scarcities, coal pollution. sound pollution etc;  how come in these many such cases, these power hungry/corrupt/criminal politicians are not concerned about local Goans ? Why did the CM not call for an urgent cabinet meeting on serious issues concerning Niz Goemkars? The latter question should be particularly applied to the various  illegal dwellings that are strong vote banks for the current Goan politicians; who are responsible for the decay, destruction of Goa.  It can only be up to the judiciary, civil society and genuine activists to ensure that the High Court order on illegalities are implemented in the true spirit.
