Congress-turned-BJP Margao MLA Diggu was the cynosure of all eyes at the two-day buyer-seller agriculture produce at the agricultural farm during the weekend. Reason: Diggu was checking an organic coconut when he found scribes in a huddle. What was the nature of discussion amongst the scribes is not known and whether it had anything to do with the Coconut symbol of Goa Forward party.
