Carmona Sports Club edge past Davorlim Sporting Club 3-2 via the tie-breaker to enter the semi-finals of the 32nd St Rock's Super Soccer, organised by St Rock's Sports Club Majorda-Calta, at Majorda ground, on Tuesday.
The match started on a promising note and both the teams had equal opportunity to score in the first session. Dezwin Dias, Shanon Furtado and Stanford Fernandes missed scoring chances for Carmona while Veliston Colaco, Royson Colaco and Prince Figueiredo squandered opportunities for Davorlim resulting in both teams remaining goalless at the end of regulation time.
In resultant tie-breaker, Carmona scored through Aaren Fernandes, Christborn Estibeiro and Dezwin Dias while Davorlim found the net through Milton Colaco and Adrash Raj.
