Riders from England, United States of America, Finland and top riders from the country will be seen in action in the Cheryl Sequeira Memorial Charity Super Cross, organised by Sirvodem Racing Club de Goa under the aegis Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India (FMSCI) on January 1, 2024, near Sewage Treatment Plant, Sirvodem.

The brain behind the race are two ace Super Cross champion Alan Sequeira and Javed Shaikh along with passionate enthusiasts, with its mission to create a platform for vibrant racing community which is united by their passion for speed adrenaline.

The newly set up Sirvodem Racing Club Goa was launched on Friday, in its mission to revive the 2-wheeler racing sport in Goa will organise a mega event.

The club's logo was formally unveiled by its patron Yogiraj Digambar Kamat. The launch of the club which was attended by MX Store owner Vikam Dhar and Sunil Nigam from Baroda

Motorsports & promoter of FMSCI Steward National champion and co-founder of lndian Supercross League and a host of supercross riders and enthusiasts.

Addressing the press conference, Yogiraj Digambar Kamat stated that the mega supercross event will present a platform for all top as well as budding racers to showcase their talent, skills and endurance.

Yogiraj disclosed that the Goa super cross will elevate the motorsports culture in the State and also provide a platform to nurture young talent at the ground breaking event to be held in Goa, which will for the first time also witness a special event for women. Besides, the U-14 Kids Class with a special demonstration.

There will be seven categories: Foreign SX 1, Foreign SX 2, Foreign SX 3, Indian Expert, Local Class, Women's Class, Kids Under-14.
