The 10th season of the Members Cricket League T-20, organized by Margao Cricket Club (MCC), saw two thrilling matches on Saturday at the MCC Ground in Margao. M.C.C. Tigers and M.C.C. Dragons emerged victorious in their respective games.
In the morning match, M.C.C. Tigers defeated M.C.C. Legends by 5 wickets. Legends posted 131/7 in 20 overs, with Sandeep Dalal top-scoring 37*. Tigers, despite early setbacks at 59/4, chased the target in 16.4 overs, finishing at 132/5. Smit Dalvi (35) and Captain Vedant Naik (27*) guided the Tigers to victory. Somay Naik was named Player of the Match for his 3/20 bowling performance.
In the afternoon match, M.C.C. Dragons defeated M.C.C. Stallions by 30 runs. Dragons posted 130/7, with Om Fadte scoring 34 and Vaibhav Naik adding 34. Stallions, chasing 131, were at 90/3 but collapsed to 99 all out in 16.2 overs. Om Fadte starred with the ball, taking 3/18, while Mrunmay Das (2/18) supported well. Fadte was named Player of the Match for his all-round performance.
