The Taj Fort Aguada will host a Sundowner Pickleball Tournament at the newly inaugurated Aguada Pickleball Arena. This event will feature competitive pickleball, aiming to attract players from across India.
With over 150-200 top players expected from Goa, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, and beyond, the event is expected to be more than just a tournament but a convergence of elite sport, luxury, and high-profile networking.
The tournament will take place at the Aguada Pickleball Arena, a 1,800 sq. ft. venue with a synthetic acrylic playing surface. The event will include:
Men’s & Mixed Doubles (Advanced & Beginner/Intermediate)
Gender-Neutral Doubles category.
A total prize pool of ₹1,27,500 will be distributed across the various categories.
Men’s Doubles Advanced – Winners: ₹20,000 | Runners-up: ₹10,000
Mixed Doubles Advanced – Winners: ₹20,000 | Runners-up: ₹10,000
Men’s Beginner/Intermediate – Winners: ₹15,000 | Runners-up: ₹7,500
Mixed Beginner/Intermediate – Winners: ₹15,000 | Runners-up: ₹7,500
Gender-Neutral Doubles – Winners: ₹15,000 | Runners-up: ₹7,500
Registration for the tournament is ₹1,600 per category, with a maximum of three categories allowed per participant. The registration deadline is March 30th, 2025.
