MARGAO: Sao Jose de Areal secured a 1-0 victory over Parish Youth Nuvem to advance to the quarterfinals of the 1st Vauradencho Ixtt Trophy 2025. The match, organized by Batora United Curtorim in association with Margao Sports Club, was held at the DSYA ground in Curtorim on Wednesday.
David Colaco scored the only goal of the match in the 48th minute to seal the win for Sao Jose de Areal.
The man of the match award was presented to Daryl Costa of Sao Jose de Areal by chief guest Joaquim Gunja, with Roque Carneiro and Frankly Rebello also in attendance.
