MARGAO: Three Tomatoes clinched a 3-1 victory over JD Returns in the final of the 11th All Goa Rev. Fr. Edward F. Rego Memorial 3-a-side Tiebreaker Football Tournament, organized by the St. Joseph Boys’ Home Old Boys Association. The event was held on Sunday at the St. Joseph’s School Compound Ground, Calangute.
The Chief Guest for the occasion was Michael Lobo, MLA of the Calangute constituency. Other dignitaries in attendance included Allwy Teles, Francis Clark, Karan Naik, Sebastian Noronha, and Bro. Chandy, the Director of the institution. Club officials and well-wishers, including Wilfred and other prominent supporters, were also present.
