United Club Verna cruised past United Club Benaulim with a dominant 3-0 win to secure a spot in the finals of the All Goa Navelim Villagers Union Trophy, held at the Rosary Church Ground in Navelim on Saturday.
Eusebio Fernandes was the star of the match, netting a clinical hat-trick with goals in the 7th, 49th, and 50th minutes, leading his team to a comfortable victory.
United Club Verna will now face Canacona SCC in the final, scheduled for November 20, on the feast day of Our Lady of Rosary.
Fernandes was named Man of the Match for his exceptional performance, with George Barreto presenting him the award.
