Shikha Pathak, Head Referee of the Fighting Discipline at the Ju-Jitsu Asian Union, has been selected as an International Technical Official for some of the biggest upcoming international Ju-Jitsu events.
Pathak will represent the Asian continent at the European Ju-Jitsu Youth Championship in Cyprus from March 21 to 23, followed by the Ju-Jitsu Paris Grand Prix from April 26 to 28. She will also officiate at the Ju-Jitsu Asian Championship in Jordan from May 22 to 26 and the Thailand Grand Prix in Bangkok later this year.
Her achievements continue to bring pride to India, especially after being promoted to the rank of World-Level Referee in November 2024. In the same year, she became the first Asian female to receive the World B Diploma in Ju-Jitsu Duo Discipline, marking a historic milestone in the sport.
In addition to this prestigious license, Pathak holds two more World Diplomas in Ju-Jitsu—one in the Fighting discipline and another in Contact Ju-Jitsu.
Her journey and accomplishments stand as an inspiration to athletes and referees in the field of martial arts, reinforcing India’s growing presence in international Ju-Jitsu.
