Digambarbab Kamat’s alliance proposalseems to have met with oppositionfrom an unexpected quarter. While manybelieve that the proposal will meet withstiff resistance from GPCC Chief GirishbabChodankar, it was the South Goa MP FrancisbabSardinha, who put his foot down, much to the surprise of party men. What, however, took the media aback was theway Sardinhbab went about making known his opposition. Thatthe MP asserted that Diggu is the leader of only five MLAs, andcannot decide issues such as an alliance, is an indication thatSardinhbab means business. Any takers?
